Big Boeing Bomber

This is the Boeing B-29 Superfortress. It has four big engines and could carry lots of bombs. It was used in World War II and the Korean War by the US Air Force. Big big big!

Big Air Force Monster Truck

It's a Cadillac Escalade and it's made to look like an A-10 Warthog. That's a warthog behind the monster truck.

Two Big US Navy Fighter Jets

These are F/A-18 Hornet fighter jets. This picture was taken when they were flying past an aircraft carrier (like this one) and at very high speed. Can you imagine how loud that was? All that steam you see at the back of each plane is happening because they are traveling through the air faster than sound travels. That means they are "breaking" the "Sound Barrier." When that happens, the jet makes a very loud sound, sometimes called a sonic boom.

Big Helicopter Goes Inside Big Airplane

This helicopter fits inside an airplane.  It has to be a big big airplane for that to happen.  I don't think I have ever seen this before.  It is amazing.  This is in Alaska with the Air National Guard.  They can stick helicopters in airplanes all day long if you ask me because they defend America and Freedom.

Big World War 2 Fighter Plane

This is the P-51 Mustang. It was a very fast fighter airplane during World War 2. The engine is really big. It has 12 cylinders that run on special gasoline made for airplanes. The Mustang in the picture is different from other Mustangs because it has a special "cockpit" that isn't like other airplanes. Go to this website to find out more about P-51 Mustangs:

Big Russian Bomber and Canadian Fighter Jet

This is a Canadian F-18 fighter jet and a Russian Bomber. When President Obama was in Canada last week one of these Russian Bombers flew very close to the country. F-18 fighter jets flew to meet it and turned it around. The news story about it is here:

The Air Force has a monster truck too. This one looks like a Cadillac Escalade. I do not think it has any leather seats or DVD players inside. Click the picture to see a big big version.

Big Fuel Tanker Jet

This is a big fuel tanker in the sky. It gives jet fuel to other airplanes when they are flying. It is very hard to do this. I do not want to try it. The picture was taken in the 1960s.

Big Air Force B-1 Bomber

This is a B-1 Bomber. It was supposed to replace my favorite bomber - the B-52. But the B-52 is too cool and big to replace so the B-1 bomber is going to be replaced now instead.

Big Air Force Cargo Jet

F4 Phantom Fighter Jet

This fighter jet was one of the biggest and flew for the Air Force for a long time. It is one of my favorite airplanes.

Big F-16 Fighter Jet

This jet has wheels like a tricycle. It flies over the United States to protect people from danger. I like the Arizona state flag on the front.

This is a big Air Force truck at sunset in Nicaragua. These people are defending freedom and also helping people overseas who need it too. I respect them a lot for doing what they do.
