Big Jet Powered Truck

U.S. Navy photo by Chief Mass Communication Specialist Anthony C. Casullo

This is an old pickup truck that is powered by a real Jet engine! Can you imagine how loud that is? They are also very fast. These kinds of trucks go to shows around the USA to show their tremendous power and fire.

Wow!

Big Old Orange Truck

This truck was made by Studebaker. It's orange like a big pumpkin! This is the kind of truck that be used on the farm, with a flat bed of wood behind the truck cab and sometimes some wood sticking up the sides to make a big box on the back.

I am sure glad it was sunny and hot when I took this picture, because I was sitting on the ground with my camera!

Big Gasoline Truck

This work is dedicated to the Public Domain

This truck can carry 10,000 gallons of gas. That is a lot. The hoses are stuck into tanks in the ground. They put the gas there from the tanks on the truck.

Gasoline is useful. But it smells funny.

Big Blue International Truck

This work is dedicated to the Public Domain
This truck was made by International. They have made trucks like this for a long long time. This one is called a Cab Over. It hauls lots of stuff. It also looks like it hit lots of stuff too.

The building behind it is wrapped in plastic. It looks like a giant Christmas present when you stand in front of it. I think they are turning the building into condos or coffee shops or a gym.

If you want to use this picture for something it is okay. I put it in the Public Domain and that means anybody can use it for stuff. It is fun to share. Click on the picture and you will see it a lot bigger.

Lots of Big Trucks

This work is dedicated to the Public Domain

These big trucks have a lot of names.  People call them semi trucks.  They are also called tractor trailers.  Some people call them rigs.  Other people call them 18 wheelers.  This kind of truck pulls trailers filled with stuff from one place to another.  They can go a long way and not stop all the time for fuel.  Drivers will sleep in the back sometimes.

I took this picture in Seattle.  You can use it if you want because I put it in Public Domain.  It is fun to share your stuff.

Big Mack Truck Tractor Trailer

This work is dedicated to the Public Domain
This big truck pulls trailers full of stuff.  It was parked under some power lines by a place where trains pick up cargo.  It is built by Mack.  They have made cool looking trucks for a long long time.

This picture is in the Public Domain.  That means you can use it for stuff if you want.  Reports, pictures on your wall, a Valentines card for your Mom, whatever you want.  I like sharing stuff with people on Randy's Big Stuff Blog.

Big Tow Truck With Flames

This work is dedicated to the Public Domain
This is a big tow truck.  Sometimes it is called a Wrecker because it picks up broken cars from the road.  This one has flames painted on the hood.  The rest is covered with black paint.

I like tow trucks a lot.  They help me out because my car breaks downs all the time.

Big Old Red Truck

This work is dedicated to the Public Domain

This kind of Ford truck is called a cabover. It can pull big trailers filled with stuff for stores. This truck is older than me. The grass under the bumper is older than me. It has been sitting for a long time. I like the color anyway.

Big Air Force Truck

This is a big Air Force truck at sunset in Nicaragua. These people are defending freedom and also helping people overseas who need it too. I respect them a lot for doing what they do.
